Introduction：

Alocasia “Clypeolata Green Shield” is a vigorous elephant ear cultivar ideal for large garden spaces due to its thick leaves when mature that are quite leathery and can stand up to heavy rains better than many Alocasia with thinner leaves.

Clypeolata wants bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct light but avoid hot midday sun or the leaves will scorch. Use a well draining soil mix , amended with more moisture retentive potting mix than for most Aroids and water thoroughly, allowing excess to drain.
